Man in wheelchair hit in pedestrian crosswalk By Michael Sullivan GALLUP — McKinley County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Turney said he saw a man in a wheelchair crossing Boardman Drive as he was turning onto Boardman from East Historic Highway 66 Sunday morning — but not in time to avoid hitting the man.
